M+A Principal Peter Margen served as an expert in many landmark accessibility-related cases including; Arnold v. United Artists Theaters, Lieber v. Macy's, Barden v. Sacramento, ZumBrunnen v. Mission Ranch, etc.
We are also routinely hired to monitor compliance with class-action settlement agreements, and have often served as joint experts for both sides in resolving issues.
